“You are already enough. You are already home.” — Thich Nhat Hanh

All About Me

I became a therapist because I’ve lived on both sides of healing: the side that’s trying to hold everything together and the side that finally learns how to let things move, shift, and release. My work comes from real experience, not just textbooks. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or dismissed by providers who only saw the surface.

Throughout my own healing journey, I kept finding pieces of myself in unexpected places: trauma therapy, somatic work, energy practices, depth psychology, astrology, the nervous system’s quiet language. Even in the whispers of my physical health, where my body had been speaking long before I knew how to listen. Each layer gave me something talk therapy alone never could. It helped me make sense of the patterns underneath my reactions, my relationships, and my internal world, and helped me finally understand how people truly change and grow.

As a therapist, I blend clinical training with intuition, pattern-recognition, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. I’m a mind–body–energy practitioner at heart. I pay attention to the nervous system, the stories your parts carry, the wisdom your body offers, and the meaning woven through your lived experience. I work with clients the same way I’ve learned to work with myself: with curiosity, compassion, humor, and no BS.

My clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen with me -- not judged, not pathologized, not talked down to. I show up fully, and I invite you to show up fully too. I work especially well with people who’ve felt misunderstood or labeled “too much,” "not enough", “too sensitive,” “too intense,” or “hard to figure out.” Chances are, you’re not too much or not enough; you just haven’t had someone who speaks your internal language yet.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a deep diver, the kind of person who’s always learning, integrating, connecting dots, and exploring the places where psychology, energy, and intuition overlap. I’m playful, grounded, and straightforward. I believe healing should feel human, not clinical. And I believe that your story and your nervous system are far more powerful than any diagnosis you’ve ever been given.

I’m here to help you make sense of yourself, soften what hurts, strengthen what feels good, and reconnect to the version of you that feels steady, whole, and alive.
